Our team is organized according to clearly defined areas of responsibility and expertise. This allows us to ensure a high level of quality, reliability, and scalability—regardless of individual team members.
Overall strategic and operational responsibility lies with the management team. Day-to-day operations are handled by our “Sales” and “Consulting & Operations” teams. Their team leaders also serve as the central point of contact—both for our clients and for management—ensuring efficient communication and smooth processes.

Management & Strategy
Overall strategic responsibility for sysmind: corporate management, governance, business development, and oversight of key partnerships. This is where the framework is established within which the operational divisions operate—and where the long-term direction as a reliable IT and security partner is ensured.
Sales & Customer Success
The first point of contact for prospective and existing customers—before, during, and after the project. This includes consulting, client support, and long-term customer care, as well as the ongoing development of established business relationships. The goal is a collaborative partnership that extends beyond individual projects.
Consulting & Transformation
The core focus of our projects: consulting, architecture, and implementation in the areas of cloud transformation, IT security and compliance. Our Cloud & Security Engineering team provides the technical depth—with certified expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Zero Trust, and Security Operations. From analysis through to operational implementation, this team is responsible for the quality, security, and sustainability of our solutions.
Finance & HR
Responsible for sysmind’s financial stability and organizational foundation: contracts, compliance, internal processes and human resources and resource management. This department ensures that our structure, processes, and operating conditions remain stable—the essential prerequisite for the reliable execution of our client projects.

Even though our focus is on clear structures, accountability, and professional performance, we never lose sight of the human side of things. An integral part of our daily office life is our office dog Corin—a small but effective contribution to a relaxed and welcoming work environment.
HISTORY
Our story began in 2015. An incredible number of things have happened since our founding, and we are very proud of how we’ve grown. Our team has expanded, and we’ve been able to steadily broaden our expertise. The COVID-19 pandemic has shown us that our mission—ensuring the stability of our services for our customers—has become more important than ever in today’s world. We were able to use this time effectively to work on ourselves and our partners. It is precisely these partnerships, as well as our long-standing customer relationships, that are particularly close to our hearts.
