What you are expected to contribute

• Technology is part of your DNA: You have a great feel for IT systems, networks and operating systems – whether Windows, macOS or whatever else you can think of
• IT basics? Check: You are familiar with hardware, network technologies and IT security and know what is important in the infrastructure.
• Microsoft 365 is your home – And if you are also familiar with Azure, HPE or Veeam: all the better!
• Remote? No problem: You have experience in remote support, e.g. with tools such as TeamViewer.
• Communication is your strength: You explain things clearly and remain friendly – both in writing and in conversation.
• Empathy & calmness: Even when things get stressful, you remain solution-oriented and relaxed.
• Team player with a service mindset: You enjoy working with others and know when it’s time to hand over topics.
• Self-organization is your thing: You keep track of things, document neatly and enjoy learning new things.

What you are expected to contribute

• Enthusiasm for modern technology & digitalization: You have a genuine interest in developments and innovations in the IT landscape. Knowledge of network infrastructure is a plus!
• Training or studies? Check: You have completed an IT apprenticeship or a relevant degree.
• Experience with customers: You already have several years of B2B professional experience, ideally in the IT environment.
• Self-organization & personal responsibility: You manage projects confidently and document them clearly.
• On the road: You have a class B driver’s license and are prepared to be on the road several days a week.
