Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant (m/f/d)

Who we are looking for
You feel at home in the Microsoft 365 world, have already led multiple customer projects end‑to‑end, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others? Then we should talk.

We’re looking for someone who not only has deep technical expertise, but also enjoys mentoring colleagues, advising customers as an equal partner, and actively shaping the Microsoft 365 practice internally at sysmind. Your role with us

  • You take technical ownership of Microsoft 365 projects – from requirements analysis and architecture design through to go‑live.
  • You advise our customers strategically on collaboration, security, compliance, and governance.
  • You help build and develop our junior team through pairing, code/configuration reviews, trainings, and honest feedback.
  • You actively evolve our Microsoft 365 portfolio and introduce new topics (e.g. Copilot, Purview, Intune) to the team.
  • You work closely with other teams at sysmind and act as a sparring partner for complex cloud architectures.

What you should bring with you

  • Several years of experience (5+ years) in consulting and implementing Microsoft 365 projects across different company sizes.
  • Deep expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, as well as Security & Compliance (Defender, Purview, Conditional Access).
  • Experience with hybrid infrastructures, migrations (on‑premises → cloud, tenant‑to‑tenant), and governance concepts.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell and automation within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • The ability to explain complex topics clearly – both to IT decision‑makers and end users.
  • A genuine interest in sharing knowledge and helping others grow.
  • A completed degree or vocational training in an IT‑related field.

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as MS‑102, MS‑700, SC‑400, SC‑300, AZ‑104, or MS‑102.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or Intune.
  • Initial experience in technical leadership, pre‑sales, or project management roles.

Junior Microsoft 365 Consultant (m/f/d)

Who we are looking for
You already have some hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 – perhaps from daily admin work, an internship, vocational training, or your first job – and now you want to take the next step into consulting? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

We are not searching for a “senior consultant in junior disguise,” but for someone with a solid foundation, curiosity, and the motivation to really dive deep over the coming years. We’ll give you time, structure, and experienced mentors by your side – you bring the drive.

Your role with us

  • From day one, you’ll work on real customer projects, closely supported by our senior consultants.
  • You’ll gradually take ownership of defined tasks within Microsoft 365 projects (e.g. Microsoft Teams rollouts, SharePoint structures, Entra ID configuration).
  • You’ll document solutions, automate where possible, and continuously expand your knowledge.
  • You’ll grow into your role step by step – from supporting team member to independently responsible consultant.
  • You’ll contribute your own perspective: as a junior consultant, you often see things differently – and that’s highly valuable to us.

What you should bring with you

  • Initial practical experience with Microsoft 365 – as an administrator, working student, trainee, or in a first professional role.
  • A basic understanding of the core services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID.
  • Interest in topics such as security, compliance, and cloud architecture – even if you’re not yet an expert in all areas.
  • A structured way of working and the ability to independently develop new skills and knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills in German – you can explain technical topics clearly and are comfortable interacting with customers.
  • Motivation to grow in a consulting environment, including project dynamics, customer interaction, and changing topics.
  • Completed IT vocational training, a degree in (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification.

Nice to have

  • Initial certifications such as MS‑900 or AZ‑900.
  • Basic experience with PowerShell.
  • Exposure to hybrid environments (Active Directory, Exchange on‑premises).

Finance & HR Manager (m/f/d)

preparatory financial accounting and HR management.

You will work closely and directly with executive management and the authorised signatory (Procuration) and act as a key contact person for finance and HR matters.

Your role

You take responsibility for:

  • Preparatory finance & accounting
  • HR management & people operations

You collaborate directly with management and the authorised signatory on financial and HR‑related topics.

Your responsibilities – Finance & systems

  • Preparatory accounting for external tax advisors
  • Booking, reviewing and assigning incoming and goods invoices
  • Working with SAGE 50 Connect (ERP)
  • Handling banking processes (HASPA & Hamburger Volksbank standards)
  • Reviewing and processing employee credit card statements (Pliant)
  • Proper documentation and data preparation
  • Transfer of financial data to DATEV
  • Supporting management and authorised signatory with financial overviews
